Spooky season has arrived! We’re here to give you the monthly summary so you can stay on top of things while you entirely focus on increasing your sales.

General Updates

PostNL as international shipping option in B.C.

For our B.C. online sellers, please be informed that we will be replacing APC Postal Logistics with PostNL to give way to a more cost-effective service with faster transit times. Expect reduced delivery times of up to 3 business days with the new international shipping service in the region.

Meanwhile, APC will no longer be shown on your Stallion dashboard as one of the postage options by October 31 (Tuesday).

Stallion Economy Standard service discontinued

The discontinuation of Stallion Economy Standard (GTA GSM) service was effective earlier this month. Review the new domestic shipping options below. 

Stallion x UniUni New Domestic Service

We’ve partnered with UniUni for our newest postage option for delivering shipments within the GTA. This ground shipping service has 2 to 8 business days transit times and cost-effective rates starting at $4.89 CAD.

Other features include Stallion Protection coverage, returns service, and up to 3 delivery attempts to the recipient.

ICS Courier x Stallion New Domestic Service

In replacement of the old UPS Courier postage, our latest partnership with ICS Courier handles time-sensitive shipments within the Canadian destination, plus a 30% to 40% reduction in shipping costs and available Stallion Protection coverage.

Regarding transit times, expect 4 to 8 business days for ICS Standard and 2 business days for ICS Express.

Australia Post Shipment Delays

We ask for your patience as we experienced potential delays with shipments to Australia, causing customs clearance injection into final mile networks to be on hold. This is due to the implementation of a new IT system.
