There are definitely countless shipping updates to catch up on despite the less busy season for online sellers like you. Here’s your most-awaited rundown to keep you well-informed of the latest advisories and other important highlights of February:

Service Updates

• Delivery interruption on Ukraine’s current situation

PostNL, our partner carrier, was unable to ship both mail and parcels to Ukraine since February 25 due to the geopolitical situation with Russia.This also means sanctions imposed by the EU on Russia will also affect mail and parcels to Russia.

Secondly, due to the same sanctions imposed by the EU on Russia, it’s not possible to fly over Russian airspace. Therefore, PostNL Is experiencing delays in the delivery of mail and parcels to Japan.

• Updated Stallion Protection T&Cs

We’ve revised our Stallion Protection’s Terms & Conditions last February 18 to guarantee that you’ll make the most out of your shipping experience.

Updates were made on loss shipment claims eligibility and claim-filing for lost or damaged packages.

• Shipping suspension in the Middle East and Asian countries

Delivery suspensions were implemented among the various Middle East and Asian countries due to transport issues since February 24.

Shipping out mail and parcels to Cambodia, Oman, and Pakistan experienced difficulties due to transport issues. For Kuwait, however, the lack of available flights caused the discontinuation of mail and parcel delivery.

• APC Global Service Disruption

To ensure that no service interruptions from around the globe have affected your delivery operations from last month, read the updated APC’s Service Alert page.

• Shipping update on Storm Eunice hitting Europe

The storm Eunice has caused shipping delays last February 18 for all types of mail and parcels going to Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK.

Please note that the expected delays were 1 to 5 days from the anticipated time of delivery.
