Introducing Our New Stallion Economy Canada Service: A Quick Guide

Here goes something worth anticipating – you can finally try our new domestic shipping option: Stallion Economy Canada for immediate access to the carrier tracking number from Canada Post and for lower rates.

Stallion Economy Canada will finally launch its service today, November 1, 2021 for the region of Ontario!

We have worked with Canada Post to establish 5 strategic delivery hubs: Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, and Halifax. Stallion Express will zoneskip to our partner carrier’s closest hub of destination to retain reasonable shipping costs.

Please note: All Stallion Economy Canada shipments must be handed off directly to Stallion Express. These shipments cannot be dropped off directly to Canada Post locations, otherwise postage adjustments and/or other charges will incur. 

If you’re on the lookout for an affordable shipping rate with outstanding service features, here are the points worth checking out:

1. Tracked Feature - With Stallion Economy Canada, shipments are still tracked with our national carrier Canada Post. However, since we are zone skipping to the closest hub, tracking may take a few days to appear on the carrier’s tracking page for shipments going to farther provinces outside Ontario & Quebec. 

Alternatively, you and your customers may refer to our tracking page to find out the latest status of your packages.

2. Delivery Time - Get your shipments delivered within 3 to 8 business days depending on the destination.
3. Returns Service - Returned shipments will still be uploaded to your dashboard on the Returns page. Whether you prefer to dispose or receive your shipments, the return fee is similar to your original outbound shipping rate and charged directly to your account.

Returned shipments are sent back to our branches weekly. 

4. Stallion Protection - You may still purchase our optional Stallion Protection for your shipment’s utmost security. Safeguard your shipments from damage or loss and receive applicable claims within 3 to 5 business days.
